<image:title>Home - ABOUT MAAJHI</image:title>
<image:caption>Taking you Across Loss is one of life’s only certainties. It binds us to every living being- beyond race, gender, faith, or nation. For over 11 years, Maajhi has been creating spaces where grief is not hidden, death is not feared, & presence becomes a language of care. We meet you where you are- whether you’re in the midst of loss, preparing for a goodbye, supporting someone else, curious about what it means to die well, or building your understanding of how to live life with purpose. Ultimately, loss teaches us how to live. Using multidisciplinary methods, we offer unique reflections, rituals, conversations & tools, & invite individuals & communities to explore loss as more than an end, but as a mirror to what matters most in life. Named by the founder’s father, Maajhi means “ferryman”, the one who carries souls across. Born in India, Maajhi is the first of its kind. Today, it continues to grow across cultures & continents, carrying dignity, compassion & empowerment wherever she goes.</image:caption>

<image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>“There’s a reflective quality to a death meditation that actually fits into a corporate structure, because it enables people to apply the insights they get today rather than wait until they retire to ask themselves what they are doing with the finite amount of time they have,” Sharma says. “It allows you to question yourself now, and you get to do something about it because insight leads to action. Is the way you’re living your life enabling you to reach your potential both in and outside the workplace?” Read the Forbes Article here.</image:caption>
