Loss and grief are already difficult to navigate. Nora McInerny accurately observes this by saying that we don't "move on" from grief, we move forward with it. And today, we’re in the middle of a global pandemic that has universally shown us that we need to take care of ourselves, our loved ones, and the environment more than ever before.

One of the main takeaways of our current situation is that while we are helpless against this medical emergency, we can turn inward and connect with the human experience within us. We at Maajhi spoke to some people and found out how they are taking care of themselves in natural and sustainable ways. We hope that some of them resonate and add value for you.
