Taking you Across
Death is one of life’s known certainties. It binds us to every living being irrespective of race, disposition, gender, religion and nationality.
Maajhi is designed to enhance death literacy through the lens of connection, compassion and consciousness in order to empower people to die well.
When we are able to find and use different languages to address death, we realize that we actually speak about love and life more than we’d imagine. They are not the opposite, but rather, the same sides of the coin.
Named by the founder’s father, Maajhi means ‘ferryman’ in Hindi. Many cultures believe that the ferryman takes the soul across.
